What is basic site support?
Basic Site Support is TIME. It gives you some of my time each month to tweak and improve your website. I’m happy to make any changes that you request. For example, you can use that time to ask me to make content changes to your website, add images, add pages or posts or update events.
Do my Basic Site Support hours rollover?
Site support hours do not roll over. Purchasing them through a subscription plan offers a substantial discount. If you exceed your subscription hours additional hours will be billed at $75.00 an hour.
How is billing handled?
Subscriptions are no muss, no fuss. Your Hosting & Maintenance subscription is automatically withdrawn from your credit or debit card each month.

If you decide to move your site to our servers to take advantage of the included hosting, Free Migration just means that we’ll move your WordPress site to our servers for free. We’ll take care of the heavy lifting to make sure it’s up and running in it’s new home!
